Since I have the Sleep Audio Program I have no problems sleeping all night.

My 10 year old daughter is also listening to her Sleep CD natural cures for insomnia .Insomniahttp://natural-cures-for-insomnia.americanhealthblog.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11957633.post-3396880165007450272007-11-29T09:01:00.000-05:002007-11-29T09:01:00.000-05:00Hey. I will say - I'm not sure about keeping it together for the kids. Just that - I don't know that I would put up a false front (not that you are).

I think kids (even young kids) do sense their parents' moods.

And - it's okay that you're not bouncing off the walls happy all the time. I hope this is making sense.

On the other hand, there is only so much they can deal with. I know you know where that line is - just wanted to give my $.04.Aerinhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11142518259771067132noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11957633.post-22188071965389632972007-11-28T14:19:00.000-05:002007-11-28T14:19:00.000-05:00I really hope you start feeling better soon. I can...I really hope you start feeling better soon. I can relate to this a little because when I am in the midst of my PMS induced crankiness, moodiness and complete bitchiness, my hubby takes the brunt of it too. I always say he should get sainthood for having to put up with me.

Hang in there, I am pulling for you!Regina Filangihttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11617699260009140081noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11957633.post-11201330507829596622007-11-28T10:42:00.000-05:002007-11-28T10:42:00.000-05:00Oy. I know this sounds trite and cliche, but if there's anything I can do, don't hesitate to call.J.M. Tewkesburyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13184459165382590897noreply@blogger.com
